Slice of Life ~ Day 10 of 31

It’s been almost three months ... and I know the problem should have been dealt with already.

I must admit that there are days that I really get tired of looking at it!   This morning I woke up knowing that this would be the day I would finally get it done.

Containers are scattered throughout the house waiting to be filled.

As I scan the house one last time before starting my project, I realize that it isn’t critically important that I take care of it today. I’ll attempt to do it next weekend.

But until then, I’ll continue to watch the dust collect on my Christmas decorations.

  1. Too funny! Last year my aunt left up her Christmas tree because she really liked how she had decorated it. Enjoy your decorations as long as you like!

  3. I hope this will make you feel better, last year I left up my Snowmen all year! My husband swears that is why we has SO much snow! This year he insisted they had to come down!!! This year, NO SNOW! Hmmm....is he right? I think no, he says that he is always right! I won't try out my theory and leave them up because he made fun of me bitterly for leaving them up. lol...enjoy those decorations!

  4. What? You are supposed to take them down? Are you sure? I laughingly agree with your funny post that you can wait until next weekend. After all, you did get out the boxes, right?

  6. Right there with you!! My friends joke that my tree is a Thanksgiving till Easter tree! I loved the way you used your words to set up your story! {I know I use that phrase so much in my room I just don't have any other way to say it!}

  9. I am glad to know that I am not the only one who leaves her decorations up. It makes decorating for Christmas easy when you never put them up! :)
